First enrollment in the master’s and doctor’s degree courses is carried out in person when the documentation is handed in after approval in the selection process. Use the Enrollment Form.

Following enrollments are carried out through the Janus system and depend on the consent of the supervisor and course professors. This enrollment should be carried out regularly throughout the academic period within the deadlines set by the FEA Graduate Studies Commission, until obtainment of the Master’s or Doctor’s title. Even student(s) who have already completed their credits should carry out the “follow-up enrollment”.

Enrollment Cancellation

After the semester begins, students can cancel their enrollment in courses through the Janus system, provided this is done within the period indicated by the FEA Graduate Studies Commission and with the consent of their supervisor, who will receive a reminder email for evaluation. If the supervisor does not answer, the cancellation will be automatically approved.

Enrollment Rectification

In the first week of classes, there is “enrollment rectification”, a period in which the student(s) may include courses in their timetable. This request is made using the specific form and must have the signatures of the supervisor and course professor. The request is handed in at the FEA Graduate Studies Office.
